This is a group reservation. You will have two tickets – one with United and one with Iberia. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The deadline to request deviations to the group flights is March 15, 2018. Please submit your deviation requests to Shanna. Once confirmed, a $150 deviation fee plus any fare increase must be paid within 24 hours through our online payment form. A limited number of flight deviations are allowed so it is best to submit requests ASAP.
Once tickets are issued, you will receive an electronic ticket confirmation by email. You will be able to check in using your airline confirmation number. Please note that group flights earn frequent flyer miles at a reduced rate. Since you will have two tickets, you will have to check in with each carrier and baggage restrictions will be different. You will find United’s baggage policies on their website and Iberia’s baggage policies here.
