READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM. To make a reservation on the coordinated flights please complete the online registration form. Full payment is due in our office NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS after receipt of a registration confirmation email. Space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. Please make checks payable to Village Travel. We also accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Tickets are nonrefundable.
  • We may be able to schedule individual return dates based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form.
  • Once the ticket is issued, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $55 – $130 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). Re-routing is not allowed. ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it can be difficult to change your return once you have departed.***

FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
There is limited seating on all flights, so please do not delay in confirming your reservations.
We are a full service agency and can assist with additional travel arrangements.
