Full payment is due NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS after receipt of a registration confirmation email. Space is limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- We may be able to schedule individual return dates based on availability. If you desire a return date different than the coordinated return, please make a notation on your registration form.
- Once the ticket is issued, you are allowed to change your scheduled return date for a $165 change fee plus any fare increase (subject to availability). ***Flights are at times heavily booked. Please try to decide your definite return date before departure from the U.S. as it can be difficult to change your return once you have departed.***
FLIGHT CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED AND AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
